“Rusted Gantries” is a visual journey into the imagery of J.G. Ballard’s Space Age short stories. The artwork featured in this edition was created by André Coelho over the course of 10 years for a project that was never finalised. Now, a selection of the most significant illustrations sees the light of day, composing a fragmented and delirious visual narrative, attempting to establish a dialogue with the Ballardian universe, a world on the edge of a terminal stasis.
